Burk’s Boot Camp was designed to help clients reach their fitness potential. It is our desire to help clients feel their best, not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well. Everyday we strive to provide challenging, fun, and unique workouts. Burk’s Boot Camp provides clients with information that helps them improve their overall health and quality of life. DESCRIPTION:
This camp is designed for athletes of any sport to develop linear speed, agility, power, speed endurance, flexibility and overall athleticism.
