Burk’s Boot Camp was designed to help clients reach their fitness potential. It is our desire to help clients feel their best, not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well. Everyday we strive to provide challenging, fun, and unique workouts. Burk’s Boot Camp provides clients with information that helps them improve their overall health and quality of life. Burk’s Boot Camp makes clients do things they would not do on their own and enjoy the results.
Burks Boot camp is for woman only. This is done to ensure our clients feel comfortable, and our focus is on physical improvement. We work out in a group which helps build accountability and provides friends who will push and encourage you. Burk’s Boot Camp meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30 a.m. -7:30 a.m., at the Episcopal School of Dallas. We meet on the field and get started promptly at 6:30 a.m. sharp. Workouts always begin with a dynamic warm-up and end with a cool down and stretch. There is no initiation fee or contract. Clients sign up for 4 week sessions at a time. All you need is a pair of dumbbells (from 3 – 10 lbs), an exercise mat, water bottle, good running shoes, and gloves (optional). Most importantly, a great attitude is required!

Burk’s Boot Camp will provide a wide variety of exercise routines. When in Burk’s Boot Camp, you can go three full months without doing the same workout twice. Variety is a great way to keep you motivated. It also forces your body to adapt and continue to make progress while avoiding plateaus and overtraining. Often times boredom and lack of creativity is what drives people from the gym and makes people quit routines – never an option at Burk’s Boot Camp! Workouts will include, but are not limited to the use of; DB exercises, bodyweight exercises, quick foot ladders, medicine balls, jump ropes, resistance bands, abdominal routines, and so much more.
Burk’s Boot camp accommodates a wide variety of abilities and fitness levels. Many of the exercises and movements performed can be modified based on ability. So whether you are a workout warrior, or it has been a while since you worked out, Burk’s Boot Camp can help you meet your fitness goals. Your safety is our number one priority, and you will be taught proper techniques in all movements. Often times clients realize they are capable of much more than they previously thought due to the energy that comes from the group and the motivation provided!
$165 per month for 4 week period (12 sessions)

Boot Camp has been a great work out experience for me. I like how Coach Burk challenges us with a variety of exercises that are difficult, engaging, and fun. I never get bored since every day is completely different. It has also been fun getting to know the other women who are a part of Boot Camp. It is nice having others to work out with who will encourage you and push you when you need it!
I like the challenge of the different exercises, the explanations of the work outs are challenging but rewarding, and there is a group. You have the benefit of individual attention, constant change in what is being done.
